Sample: Paraffin-embedded human esophageal carcinoma.
PAX3 stained by PAX3 antibody [GT1210] (GTX634390) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

U87-MG whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX3 antibody [GT1210] (GTX634390) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
