PAX5抗体 [HL5694]

PAX5 antibody [HL5694] detects PAX5 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Daudi cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: PAX5 stained by PAX5 antibody [HL5694] (GTX646525) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PAX5 antibody [HL5694] (GTX646525) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
