PBX1抗体 [N2C3]

PBX1 antibody [N2C3] detects PBX1 protein at nucleus and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-AS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PBX1 protein stained by PBX1 antibody [N2C3] (GTX105260) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PBX1 antibody [N2C3] (GTX105260) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
