PBX1 antibody immunoprecipitates PBX1 protein in IP experiments.

The immunoprecipitated PBX1 protein was detected by PBX1 antibody (GTX113242) diluted at 1:1000.
EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PBX1 antibody (GTX113242) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

PBX1 antibody detects PBX1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PBX1 stained by PBX1 antibody (GTX113242) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
