PDGF Receptor alpha抗体 [HL5001]

PDGF Receptor alpha antibody [HL5001] detects PDGF Receptor alpha protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PDGF Receptor alpha stained by PDGF Receptor alpha antibody [HL5001] (GTX645094) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Sample: SH-SY-5Y cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PDGF Receptor alpha stained by PDGF Receptor alpha antibody [HL5001] (GTX645094) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PDGF Receptor alpha antibody [HL5001] (GTX645094) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
