PELO抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PELO antibody (GTX120446) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

PELO antibody detects PELO protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PELO protein stained by PELO antibody (GTX120446) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
