PGP9.5抗体 [GT448]

Wild-type (WT) and PGP9.5 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PGP9.5 antibody [GT448] (GTX634797) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

PGP9.5 antibody [GT448] detects PGP9.5 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: mouse dorsal root ganglia cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PGP9.5 stained by PGP9.5 antibody [GT448] (GTX634797) diluted at 1:500.
Red: NeuN, a neuronal nuclei marker, stained by NeuN antibody [HL2194] (GTX638198) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
