PHKA1抗体

PHKA1 antibody detects PHKA1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PHKA1 protein stained by PHKA1 antibody (GTX110318) diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

PHKA1 antibody detects PHKA1 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PHKA1 antibody (GTX110318) diluted by 1:500.
