Untreated (–) and treated (+) PC-3 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PINK1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX107851) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

PINK1 antibody [N3C3] detects PINK1 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PINK1 protein stained by PINK1 antibody [N3C3] (GTX107851) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
