PKC theta (phospho Thr219)抗体 [HL1157]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Jurkat whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PKC theta (phospho Thr219) antibody [HL1157] (GTX636461) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and treated Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PKC theta (phospho Thr219) stained by PKC theta (phospho Thr219) antibody [HL1157] (GTX636461) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
