PKM抗体 [GT1810]

PKM antibody [GT1810] detects PKM protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung cancer.
PKM stained by PKM antibody [GT1810] (GTX634796) diluted at 1:200.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PKM antibody [GT1810] (GTX634796) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
