PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248)抗体 [HL3719]

PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248) antibody [HL3719] detects PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248) stained by PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248) antibody [HL3719] (GTX641909) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) NIH-3T3 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PLCG1 (phospho Ser1248) antibody [HL3719] (GTX641909) diluted at 1:1000 and PLCG1 antibody (GTX641396) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
