PLCG2 (phospho Tyr759)抗体 [HL3329]

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with PLCG2 peptide and PLCG2 (phospho Tyr759) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated peptides were probed with PLCG2 (phospho Tyr759) antibody [HL3329] (GTX641094) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Raji whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PLCG2 (phospho Tyr759) antibody [HL3329] (GTX641094) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
