PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein抗体 [HL4100]

PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [HL4100] detects PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein stained by PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [HL4100] (GTX642546) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [HL4100] (GTX642546) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) Marc-145 whole cell extracts (15 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody [HL4100] (GTX642546) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
