Phospholipid scramblase 1抗体 [N1C3]

Scramblase1 antibody [N1C3] detects PLSCR1 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A431 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PLSCR1 protein stained by Scramblase1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX105225) diluted at 1:5000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded MDAMB468 xenograft , using phospholipid scramblase 1(GTX105225) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Phospholipid scramblase 1 antibody [N1C3] (GTX105225) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
