Pleckstrin抗体 [C2C3], C-term

Pleckstrin antibody [C2C3], C-term detects PLEK protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in -20ºC 100% MeOH for 5 min.
Green: PLEK protein stained by Pleckstrin antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX106332) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 Âμg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Pleckstrin antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX106332) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
