Powassan virus Envelope抗体 [HL2955]

Powassan virus Envelope antibody [HL2955] detects Powassan virus Envelope protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Powassan virus Envelope stained by Powassan virus Envelope antibody [HL2955] (GTX640340) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus Envelope antibody [HL2955] (GTX640340) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
