Powassan virus NS5抗体 [HL4165]

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) A549 whole cell extracts were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with Powassan virus NS5 antibody [HL4165] (GTX642970) diluted at 1:1000.

Powassan virus NS5 antibody [HL4165] detects Powassan virus NS5 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and POWV (MOI:1, 48 hr) infected A549 cells were fixed in 4 % formaldehyde and permeabilized using PBS containing 0.5 % Triton X-100 and 20 mM glycine.
Red: Powassan virus NS5 stained by Powassan virus NS5 antibody [HL4165] (GTX642970) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: nuclear staining.
