Procalcitonin抗体 [HL4214]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length Human Procalcitonin, His tag (GTX138116-pro) (220.02-3.44 nM). Coated protein was probed with Procalcitonin antibody [HL4214] (GTX643036) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Procalcitonin antibody [HL4214] (GTX643036) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
