ROCK2抗体 [HL6079]

ROCK2 antibody [HL6079] detects ROCK2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: ROCK2 stained by ROCK2 antibody [HL6079] (GTX648158) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ROCK2 antibody [HL6079] (GTX648158) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ROCK2 antibody [HL6079] (GTX648158) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
