RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244)抗体 [HL3824]

RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) antibody [HL3824] detects RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) stained by RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) antibody [HL3824] (GTX642048) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Untreated (–) and treated (+) C2C12 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) antibody [HL3824] (GTX642048) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Coated protein was probed with RPS6 (phospho Ser240/Ser244) antibody [HL3824] (GTX642048) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
