RUNX1抗体

RUNX1 antibody detects RUNX1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: RUNX1 protein stained by RUNX1 antibody (GTX129100) diluted at 1:400.
Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RUNX1 antibody (GTX129100) diluted at 1:1000.
