SETD1A抗体

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SETD1A antibody (GTX130194) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

SETD1A antibody detects SETD1A protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: SETD1A protein stained by SETD1A antibody (GTX130194) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
