Steroidogenic Factor 1抗体

Steroidogenic Factor 1 antibody detects Steroidogenic Factor 1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Steroidogenic Factor 1 stained by Steroidogenic Factor 1 antibody (GTX135635) diluted at 1:200.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Steroidogenic Factor 1 antibody (GTX135635) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
