TAS1R2抗体 [HL4180]

TAS1R2 antibody [HL4180] detects TAS1R2 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: TAS1R2 stained by TAS1R2 antibody [HL4180] (GTX642994) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TAS1R2 antibody [HL4180] (GTX642994) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
