TBR2 / Eomes antibody detects TBR2 / Eomes protein at nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse thymus gland.
TBR2 / Eomes stained by TBR2 / Eomes antibody (GTX132776) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TBR2 / Eomes antibody (GTX132776) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
