TCF3 / E2A antibody detects TCF3 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TCF3 protein stained by TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX129237) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
