TDG抗体 [GT1142]

TDG antibody detects TDG protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and TDG -transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TDG antibody (GTX631934) diluted by 1:2500.

TDG antibody [GT1142] detects TDG protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TDG protein stained by TDG antibody [GT1142] (GTX631934) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
