TDG抗体

Wild-type (WT) and TDG knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TDG antibody (GTX127975) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TDG antibody (GTX127975) diluted at 1:500.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TDG antibody (GTX127975) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
