TSH receptor抗体 [HL3874]

TSH receptor antibody [HL3874] (GTX642112) detects TSHR protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Jurkat and HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer to permeabilize the cell membrane.
The cells were following stained with TSH receptor antibody [HL3874] (GTX642112) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
The classification of protein expression as positive or negative was primarily based on data from the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).

Unboiled TT whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TSH receptor antibody [HL3874] (GTX642112) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TSH receptor antibody [HL3874] (GTX642112) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
