TSLP抗体

TSLP antibody detects TSLP protein at cytoplasm on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma.
TSLP antibody (GTX129591) diluted at 1:100.

TSLP antibody detects TSLP protein by western blot analysis. Human tissue extracts (30 μg) was separated by 15 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TSLP antibody (GTX129591) diluted by 1:500.

An ELISA plate is coated with 50 μL of TSLP recombinant protein at concentration of 2 μg/mL. The coated protein is detected with anti-TSLP antibody (GTX129591) at concentration ranged from 31.25 to 500 ng/mL.
