Tau (phospho Thr181)抗体 [HL2498]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) SK-N-SH whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] (GTX638856) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Tau (phospho Thr181) antibody [HL2498] detects Tau (phospho Thr181) protein in the cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis in the presence of non phospho control peptide (left) but not in the presence of the antigenic phospho peptide (right).
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse brain.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
