Tau (phospho Thr217)抗体 [HL1276]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) SK-N-SH whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tau (phospho Thr217) antibody [HL1276] (GTX636678) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with Tau peptide and Tau (phospho Thr217) peptide (1000-15.63 ng/mL). Coated peptides were probed with Tau (phospho Thr217) antibody [HL1276] (GTX636678) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
