Thrombospondin 1抗体

Thrombospondin 1 antibody detects Thrombospondin 1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HUVEC cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Thrombospondin 1 protein stained by Thrombospondin 1 antibody (GTX130967) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Thrombospondin 1 antibody (GTX130967) diluted at 1:4000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
