Triosephosphate isomerase抗体 [C2C3], C-term

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Triosephosphate isomerase antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX104618) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
