Tropomodulin 1抗体

Tropomodulin 1 antibody detects Tropomodulin 1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Tropomodulin 1 protein stained by Tropomodulin 1 antibody (GTX130237) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Tropomodulin 1 antibody (GTX130237) diluted at 1:1000.
