UBE2C抗体 [N1C3]

UBE2C antibody [N1C3] detects UBE2C protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: UBE2C protein stained by UBE2C antibody [N1C3] (GTX100599) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UBE2C antibody [N1C3] (GTX100599) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
