UBTF抗体

HepG2 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with UBTF antibody (GTX133773) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-9131) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
