VEGF Receptor 3抗体 [HL5094]

VEGF Receptor 3 antibody [HL5094] detects VEGF Receptor 3 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HEL 92.1.7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and treated with Fc blocker after blocking step.
Green: VEGF Receptor 3 stained by VEGF Receptor 3 antibody [HL5094] (GTX645284) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Boiled and unboiled various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VEGF Receptor 3 antibody [HL5094] (GTX645284) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
