ViroMAX Dengue Virus NS1 Sandwich ELISA 试剂盒

The ViroMAX™ Dengue Virus NS1 Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) from all four dengue virus serotypes (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4) in samples. A capture mouse monoclonal antibody against DENV NS1 is immobilized in the plate wells. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, allowing NS1 to bind to the capture antibody. After washing away unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured NS1. Following another series of washes, TMB substrate is added for color development. The Stop Solution is then applied, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The intensity of the color, measured at 450 nm, indicates the amount of bound NS1 determined by comparison to the standard curve.
