ViroMAX Human Metapneumovirus Nucleoprotein Sandwich ELISA 试剂盒

The ViroMAX™ Human Metapneumovirus Nucleoprotein Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human metapneumovirus (HMPV) nucleoprotein (NP) in samples. A capture rabbit monoclonal antibody against HMPV NP is immobilized in the plate wells. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells, allowing NP to bind to the capture antibody. After washing away unbound substances, an HRP-conjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured NP. Following another series of washes, TMB substrate is added for color development. The Stop Solution is then applied, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The intensity of the color, measured at 450 nm, indicates the amount of bound NP determined by comparison to the standard curve.
