Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein抗体 [HL4344]

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant HEK293 expressed, full-length Yellow Fever virus NS1 protein, His tag (GTX138609-pro). Coated protein was probed with Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein antibodies (1 μg/mL) below. Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

1. Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein antibody [HL4344] (GTX643594)
2. Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein antibody [HL4923] (GTX644996)

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein antibody [HL4344] (GTX643594) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Yellow Fever Virus viral lysate (0.1 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS1 Protein antibody [HL4344] (GTX643594) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
