Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein抗体 [HL3702]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts (3.13-200 μg/mL). Coated protein was probed with Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [HL3702] (GTX641874) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [HL3702] (GTX641874) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [HL3702] detects Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein stained by Yellow Fever virus NS3 protein antibody [HL3702] (GTX641874) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
