Sample: Mock and transfected Huh-7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Yellow Fever virus NS4B Protein stained by Yellow Fever virus NS4B Protein antibody [HL2449] (GTX638767) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Yellow Fever Virus viral lysate (0.1 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Yellow Fever virus NS4B Protein antibody [HL2449] (GTX638767) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
