This gene encodes a zinc finger transcription factor. The encoded protein likely plays a role in transcriptional repression of interleukin 2. Mutations in this gene have been associated with posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy-3 and late-onset Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.[provided by RefSeq, Mar 2010]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZEB1 antibody [HL2245] (GTX638294) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Comparison

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with ZEB1 antibody [HL2245] (GTX638294) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (#Highly competitor antibody) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
