Zika virus NS3 protein抗体 [HL4975]

Sandwich ELISA detection of non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts using antibodies as below.

Capture: Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4975] (GTX645061) (5 μg/mL)
Detection: HRP-conjugated Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4878] (GTX644943) (1 μg/mL)
Please notice that GTX644943 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with GTX645061. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4975] detects Zika virus NS3 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Zika virus NS3 protein stained by Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4975] (GTX645061) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected and infected BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS3 protein antibody [HL4975] (GTX645061) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
