Zika virus NS5 protein抗体 [HL4455]

Non-infected and infected BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus NS5 protein antibody [HL4455] (GTX644020) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Zika virus NS5 protein antibody [HL4455] detects Zika virus NS5 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Zika virus NS5 protein stained by Zika virus NS5 protein antibody [HL4455] (GTX644020) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
