c-Jun (phospho Ser73)抗体 [HL2713]

Specificity analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant c-Jun non-phospho peptide and c-Jun (phospho Ser73) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with c-Jun (phospho Ser73) antibody [HL2713] (GTX639474) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Jun (phospho Ser73) antibody [HL2713] (GTX639474) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

c-Jun (phospho Ser73) antibody [HL2713] detects c-Jun (phospho Ser73) protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and treated HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: c-Jun (phospho Ser73) stained by c-Jun (phospho Ser73) antibody [HL2713] (GTX639474) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
