c-Kit (D816V Mutant) antibody [HL2653] detects c-Kit (D816V Mutant) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA.
Green: c-Kit (D816V Mutant) stained by c-Kit (D816V Mutant) antibody [HL2653] (GTX639112) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Kit (D816V Mutant) antibody [HL2653] (GTX639112) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
