c-Kit抗体 [HL5146]

c-Kit antibody [HL5146] detects c-Kit protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: NCI-H526 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: c-Kit stained by c-Kit antibody [HL5146] (GTX645342) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Kit antibody [HL5146] (GTX645342) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with c-Kit antibody [HL5146] (GTX645342) diluted at 1:500.
